Blending Process
Our blending process is a meticulous and multi-step operation, designed to craft the
distinct flavors that define our premium products. The journey begins in our
state-of-the-art laboratory, where our expert flavorists develop a precise flavor
composition tailored to each product's unique profile.
Next, we employ an advanced reverse osmosis (RO) system to demineralize water,
ensuring it meets the highest standards of purity. This purified water is then carefully
measured and mixed with high-quality spirit, Scotch, malt, and other ingredients,
adhering to stringent government guidelines for alcohol strength and product
compliance.
The semi-automated blending facility houses seven blending tanks, each with an
impressive capacity of 11,000 liters. These tanks are designed to accommodate both the
scale and precision required for our operations. Our skilled team oversees the process at
every stage, adjusting proportions with exacting accuracy to ensure the consistency and
quality that our Sarangi Whisky 40 UP and Seto Bagh Vodka 30 UP are known for.
This intricate blending process combines science, craftsmanship, and a passion for
excellence, resulting in products that consistently exceed customer expectations.
Bottling Process
Once blending is complete, the products move to the bottling unit, where they are filled, sealed, and prepared for distribution. Our
bottling hall features two semi-automated bottling lines, enabling efficient production while maintaining quality control at every step.
Each bottle is filled accurately and sealed securely, ensuring product integrity from start to finish.
While the bottling process relies on semi-automation, our dedicated team oversees the entire operation, ensuring that every bottle meets
our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers. The flexibility of our semi-automated system also allows us to adjust to
varying production demands while keeping efficiency and quality intact.
